UHF Dipole Stacked Arrays
Price on application
Hi-Tec Aerials UHF shrouded dipole stacked arrays combine two or four rugged PRO-SHDU dipoles with a power divider for an omnidirectional gain antenna that can be configured to suit the site. They are built for harsh environments and need minimal hardware.
- PRO-SHDU-SA3: 2 dipoles and a PD2 divider, 3 dBd omni or 6 dBd offset, 200 W
- PRO-SHDU-SA6: 4 dipoles and a PD4 divider, 6 dBd omni or 9 dBd offset, 400 W
- 400–505 MHz, 50 MHz bandwidth, RG213 feed
- End mount clamps fit a 48 mm tube or screw to a wooden pole
- Downtilt available with delay lines. Enquire for pricing
Flexible gain from proven dipoles
A stacked array lets you build the coverage pattern your site needs from rugged individual dipoles. Mount the dipoles around a mast for omnidirectional coverage, or offset them to one side to push more gain in a chosen direction. Each dipole is a PRO-SHDU with a UV-protected PVC radome and a centre feed taken through a tee on a 38 mm OD × 3 mm anodised boom, with the RG213 coax run down the centre. The dipoles are joined by a Hi-Tec power divider.
Two configurations
- PRO-SHDU-SA3: 2 × PRO-SHDU dipoles and 1 × PD2 power divider. 3 dBd omnidirectional, 6 dBd with offset, 200 W.
- PRO-SHDU-SA6: 4 × PRO-SHDU dipoles and 1 × PD4 power divider. 6 dBd omnidirectional, 9 dBd with offset, 400 W.
Each dipole has an end mount clamp that clamps to a vertical 48 mm OD tube or screws to a wooden pole. Pair it with a rigging pipe clamp on pole sites. Downtilt can be built in by adding delay lines to the feed system.
