This BP-280 compatible battery is a 7.4 V 2100 mAh lithium-ion replacement pack for Icom's IC-41PRO UHF CB handheld and IC-F1000/IC-F2000 series portable radios. It's a direct fit for the genuine Icom BP-280, so it clips straight onto your radio and charges in your existing Icom charger.
The IC-F1000/IC-F2000 ships with the smaller BP-279 (1570 mAh) as standard, so this pack gives a noticeable step up in run time. On the IC-41PRO it's a cost-effective spare or replacement for the supplied BP-280, keeping a second battery charged and ready to swap.

Getting the most from your battery
- Rotate spares: swap between two batteries so each gets a full charge and neither sits flat for long.
- Charge before storing: store spares part-charged in a cool, dry place and top them up every few months.
