The GME AE2001 is a short, flexible 320 mm rubber helical whip for 26 MHz AM CB radios. Its compact length keeps the install low for car parks, garages, low branches and urban driving, and the rubber whip bends rather than breaks. Note that 26 MHz AM CB is a separate band and is not compatible with UHF CB radios. Signals is an authorised GME dealer.

A compact AM CB whip
The AE2001 packs a helically wound 26 MHz element into a 320 mm black rubber whip. It suits vehicles where a long AM CB whip isn't practical: utes and vans that go into car parks and sheds, machinery, and vehicles that work around low branches. The flexible rubber whip bends on impact and springs back.

It's a ground dependent design, so mount it on a metal roof, bonnet, guard or bracket that is well bonded to the vehicle body. This is the whip only and fits to a compatible AM CB antenna base, sold separately. 26 MHz AM CB is a separate band from UHF CB, so it only works with AM CB radios such as the GME TX2720N.
