Kirisun DR600 DMR Repeater
$5,514.25 inc GST
The Kirisun DR600 is a proven DMR repeater for VHF or UHF, with up to 45 W output, mixed analogue and digital operation and optional IP site linking. It’s Tier 3 upgradable by software as your network grows. Supplied, licensed and installed by Signals NZ, Kirisun’s exclusive New Zealand distributor.
The Kirisun DR600 is a Tier 2 DMR repeater built for continuous, wide-area coverage on a single site or across linked sites. It runs in analogue, digital or mixed mode, switching automatically based on the incoming signal, so analogue and DMR radios can share the same repeater while you migrate your fleet.
Available in VHF (136–174 MHz) or UHF (400–470 MHz), this DMR repeater delivers up to 45 W (VHF) or 40 W (UHF) at a 100% duty cycle from a 1U rack unit. It can be upgraded to DMR Tier 3 trunking by software, protecting your investment as your needs grow. Signals NZ is Kirisun's exclusive New Zealand distributor, so you get local support, programming and service from the team that brings the brand into the country.
Key features
- Analogue, digital or mixed mode: automatic signal detection lets one repeater serve analogue and DMR radios at the same time.
- IP site linking (optional): connect several DR600 repeaters over TCP/IP to extend coverage across multiple sites.
- Tier 3 upgradable: move to DMR Tier 3 trunking with a software upgrade rather than new hardware.
- AIS/SIP interface: connect dispatch and telephone systems directly to your radio network.
- Remote monitoring and diagnostics: check repeater status and troubleshoot without a site visit.
- Built to run hot: a built-in heat pipe and three fans keep the repeater cool at full power, with a 100% duty cycle.
- Accessory expansion: a rear port supports third-party integrations, plus nine LED status indicators and Morse code ID.

Licensing & installation
Every repeater needs a licensed channel. Signals NZ handles the whole RSM licensing process for you: applying, coordinating frequencies, holding the licence and managing renewals. Engineered repeater channels typically take 1–4 weeks, depending on complexity.
We design coverage around how your team works, with site surveys, repeater modelling and on-site testing after installation. Once your network is live, our radio service team can monitor it in real time to spot and fix issues quickly, alongside routine maintenance.
Complete your system
Pair the DR600 with a Procom duplexer or VHF 4-cavity duplexer, a base station antenna and quality coax cable. Need more channels or a built-in SIP gateway? See the next-generation Kirisun K-R600, compare the Kirisun TR850, or go straight to trunking with the Kirisun DS6000 Tier 3 system.
