The Icom IC-M510 EVO is an award-winning 25 W fixed VHF marine radio you can control from your phone or tablet. The RS-M500 app turns up to three smart devices into wireless microphones over WLAN, and it adds Class D DSC, built-in GNSS, NMEA 2000, a wide-angle colour display, IP68 waterproofing and a 25 W two-way hailer.
The Icom IC-M510 EVO is a full-featured fixed-mount VHF that goes wherever you are on the boat. With the free RS-M500 app for iOS and Android, up to three smart devices connect over WLAN and work as wireless microphones or simple remote controls, so you can make calls from the cabin, cockpit or deck. Phones, CommandMics and the radio can also talk to each other on the built-in intercom.
Its sleek design won an iF DESIGN AWARD in 2022 and suits modern glass-cockpit dashboards, with panel or trunnion mounting. The colour TFT display has a near 180-degree viewing angle and a night mode, and built-in NMEA 2000 shares GNSS position, DSC calls, channel and AIS data with your MFD.
