Icom IC-M605EURO VHF Radio System
$2,340.25 inc GST
The Icom IC-M605EURO is Icom’s flagship Class D DSC VHF marine radio system. It has an integrated AIS receiver, built-in GNSS (antenna supplied), a 4.3-inch colour display, a 30 W two-way hailer and NMEA 2000, and can be controlled from up to three RC-M600 command heads or HM-229 CommandMics with intercom.
The Icom IC-M605EURO is built for boats that need a complete VHF system rather than a single radio. As well as the main radio, it can be run from up to three remote controllers: the RC-M600 command head, which controls the radio identically from up to 50 m away, and the HM-229 CommandMic, which controls most functions except distress from up to 18.3 m. An intercom links the main radio and every controller.
The integrated AIS receiver shows real-time vessel traffic on the 4.3-inch colour TFT display, with an AIS plotter, target list and combo screen, and lets you make an individual DSC call straight from the AIS screen. GNSS position comes from the built-in receiver and supplied UX-241 antenna, and NMEA 2000 and NMEA 0183/-HS share GNSS, AIS, DSC and channel data with the rest of your electronics.
