The Icom MA-510TR is a Class B AIS transponder with a 4.3-inch colour display. It transmits your vessel’s position and details while receiving Class A and B AIS traffic, with CPA/TCPA collision alarms, simple waypoint and MOB navigation, a built-in GPS receiver (antenna supplied) and NMEA 2000 and NMEA 0183 connections to your VHF, plotter or radar.
An AIS transponder automatically receives information broadcast by other AIS-equipped vessels and base stations while transmitting your own vessel's static and dynamic information. The Icom MA-510TR receives both Class A and Class B AIS signals, helping you spot AIS-equipped small boats and buoys that can be hard to pick up on radar.
Its wide-angle 4.3-inch colour TFT display shows your vessel and nearby targets on a plotter, with potentially dangerous vessels in red and vessels you've saved as friends in yellow. Day mode is readable in direct sunlight, and night mode keeps the screen easy on the eyes after dark.

Works with Icom VHF radios
Connect the MA-510TR to a compatible Icom VHF to make individual DSC calls to AIS targets without entering MMSI numbers by hand. Compatible radios on our site include the IC-M605EURO, IC-M423G and IC-M330GE, and it also connects to the IC-M510 EVO and IC-M410BB / M510BB over NMEA.
